I’ve developed a so called Stopknop; a widget you can put on your desktop or blogpage which you have to activate everytime you feel like pulling up a sigarette. You can also generate a Stopknop for someone else you want to help to quit.
The Stopknop plays a supporting message everytime you click it. you can select predefined samples or call 0800-STIVORO and record one by phone:
